Join me every Tuesday for 7 weeks (5 Nov. – 17 Dec. 2024)

Making Love a verb

As women, we’re often told that we are love and that love resides within us. Yet, many of us struggle to understand what that truly means. Even when we do recognise our capacity for love, we may encounter barriers that keep us from fully experiencing it in the present moment.

Know that you are not alone.

In this women’s circle, we’ll embark on a journey to explore the paths that lead us to love.
Together, we’ll learn to:

  • Use the circle’s support to embrace and transform critical voices and anxiety within.
  • Discover what it means to become a lighthouse, shining love outward.
  • Experience the power of community and shared stories—this is what it means to be human.

Guided by breathwork and embodiment practices, we’ll explore:

  • What does it mean to ‘do love’ in our daily lives?
  • How can we lead with love?
  • How do we experience love in connection with others?

You’ll leave with:

  • A deep sense of rest and nervous system regulation.
  • The ability to access these states on your own.
  • A profound understanding that love is not just a feeling, but a verb and a practice.
