Radical Self Care Retreats

A few days of breathing space so you can return home better prepared to support your child.

A break with support.

When your child is in crisis and you’re in full-blown panic mode, it’s hard to show up for your child. Spending some time away from home will give you time to replenish and remember the parts of you that know how to parent intuitively.

Implement self-care strategies to promote kindness and nurturing that’ll get you back to feeling okay.

Rediscover the part of you that is full of wisdom and serenity and knows intuitively how to parent.

Start to create a future that’s full of hope where you and your child are doing okay.

Live your life free of fear. Knowing that you show up every day authentically as a mother.

Remember, you matter too.

I run retreats where a group of mothers with lived experience come together for both respite and hope. By giving yourself breathing space, you’ll get the help you need to return home better prepared to support your child.

How does your coaching/therapy work? The Return program has 10 sessions over 3 months.
Each session lasts an hour, we start twice a week gradually reducing our time together to fortnightly as we reach the end of the programme.
What will we talk about?
I will introduce you to a simple understanding of the mind that will transform your relationship with your child and allow you to access your innate resilience, wisdom and serenity which will impact every area of your life.
Will our sessions be confidential?
Yes, whatever is shared is completely confidential. I am a member of the BACP and Association of Coaching and as such I agree to their code of ethics which stipulate this.
